Host Agreement

Effective Date: 2 June 2026

This Host Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Play My Game Booking platform by organisers, coaches, venues, instructors, and other service providers (“Hosts”).

By registering or listing services as a Host on Play My Game Booking, you agree to this Agreement.

1. About Us

“Play My Game Booking”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Play My Game Booking (ABN [Insert ABN]), operated as an individual sole proprietor in Australia.

2. Host Eligibility

To become a Host, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • have the legal authority to provide the services listed;
  • comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements;
  • provide accurate and complete onboarding information.

We reserve the right to approve or reject Host applications at our discretion.

3. Stripe & Payment Onboarding

Hosts may be required to complete onboarding and identity verification through Stripe or other third-party payment providers before receiving payouts.

By using our Platform as a Host, you agree:

  • to provide accurate and current information during onboarding;
  • to maintain valid payout and banking information;
  • to comply with Stripe’s terms and verification requirements;
  • that payout delays or restrictions may occur due to third-party verification processes.

We are not responsible for delays, holds, freezes, or actions taken by Stripe or payment providers.

4. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are solely responsible for:

  • delivering activities and services safely and professionally;
  • ensuring listings are accurate and up to date;
  • maintaining required qualifications, permits, licences, and certifications;
  • ensuring venues and activities comply with applicable laws and safety requirements;
  • communicating clearly with participants;
  • handling participant attendance and activity management.

Hosts acknowledge that they act independently and are not employees, contractors, agents, or partners of Play My Game Booking.

5. Insurance Requirements

Hosts must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the services they provide, including public liability insurance and any legally required insurance.

Hosts may be required to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Failure to maintain appropriate insurance may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

6. Taxes

Hosts are solely responsible for:

  • determining their tax obligations;
  • reporting income earned through the Platform;
  • collecting and remitting GST where applicable;
  • complying with Australian taxation laws.

Play My Game Booking does not provide tax advice.

7. Fees & Commissions

We may charge Hosts commissions, service fees, transaction fees, or subscription fees for use of the Platform.

Applicable fees may be updated from time to time and will apply once published on the Platform.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Hosts are responsible for maintaining and honouring their cancellation and refund policies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Hosts must not mislead users regarding refunds, cancellations, or booking conditions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Hosts must not:

  • provide false or misleading information;
  • engage in unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory conduct;
  • circumvent Platform payments;
  • solicit payments outside the Platform without approval;
  • misuse participant information.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Host access at any time where we reasonably believe the Host:

  • breached this Agreement;
  • poses safety or legal risks;
  • receives repeated complaints;
  • engages in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play My Game Booking is not liable for:

  • participant injuries or incidents;
  • disputes between Hosts and participants;
  • cancellations or financial losses;
  • loss of profits, business, reputation, or data.

Hosts indemnify and hold harmless Play My Game Booking against claims arising from the Host’s services, activities, negligence, or breach of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
