Get Started
Everything you need to know to start playing.
Create your profile with your name, profile photo, and other relevant details. A complete profile helps Hosts and other players get to know you before joining a session.
Browse available sessions and discover games that match your preferred sport, location, date, time, and skill level. Review the session details carefully before booking, including the venue, session time, price, player limit, skill level, and any requirements set by the Host.
Select an available player slot and complete your booking through PlayMyGame. Before payment, review the session details and the Host's cancellation and refund policy. Once your booking is confirmed, keep your booking information for reference.
Check the session details before you leave, including the venue, start time, equipment requirements, and any instructions provided by the Host. Arrive early enough to find the venue, get ready, and be prepared to start on time.
Introduce yourself to the Host and other players, follow the Host's instructions, and participate respectfully. Whether you're playing casually or competitively, help create a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
Follow your favourite Hosts and join their social groups to discover upcoming sessions, receive updates, and stay connected with your local sports community.
Player Standards
As a Player, you are responsible for making sure you understand the session details and follow the rules set by the Host and venue.
Check the session's date, time, location, sport, skill level, price, and requirements before booking.
Respect the Host's instructions and any rules or conditions that apply to the session or venue.
Arrive early enough to be ready when the session begins. If you expect to be late, communicate with the Host where appropriate.
Bring any required equipment, clothing, footwear, identification, or other items specified by the Host or venue.
Treat the Host, other Players, venue staff, and other members of the community with respect. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, intimidation, or other inappropriate conduct is not acceptable.
If your circumstances change, make sure you understand how the change may affect your booking and cancellation eligibility.
Respect the venue, equipment, facilities, and property used during the session. Follow all venue rules and leave the space in an appropriate condition.
Policies
Each Host sets their own cancellation window and refund eligibility for their sessions. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed before you complete your booking.
Review the cancellation and refund policy shown on the session before making your booking. Different Hosts may have different cancellation windows.
You may cancel your booking in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to that session. Where a refund is available, only the net session amount is refundable. Platform fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel after the Host's specified cancellation deadline, your booking will generally not be eligible for a refund, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If a Host cancels a session, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with PlayMyGame's cancellation and refund process.
Before cancelling, make sure you understand the refund eligibility shown for your booking. Once a cancellation is submitted, the applicable refund will be determined according to the session's cancellation policy.
