Play My Game Booking acts solely as a marketplace and intermediary platform connecting users and Hosts.

We do not control, endorse, supervise, or guarantee the quality, legality, suitability, safety, or availability of any Host, activity, venue, or service.

By participating in any activity booked through the Platform, you acknowledge that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Play My Game Booking from liability arising from participation in activities booked through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play My Game Booking is not liable for:

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot legally be excluded.

Hosts may be required to complete identity verification, onboarding, and payment processing requirements through Stripe or other third-party providers before listing or receiving payments through the Platform.

By becoming a Host, you agree that:

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, remove, or restrict any Host account or listing at our discretion.

Hosts are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for the activities and services they provide, including public liability insurance and any other insurance required by law or industry standards.

Play My Game Booking does not provide insurance coverage for Hosts, participants, venues, activities, or events listed on the Platform.

We may request proof of insurance, licences, certifications, permits, or qualifications from Hosts at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

By booking, attending, or participating in any activity through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Play My Game Booking, its operator, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or connected with your participation in activities booked through the Platform.

Additional waivers, acknowledgements, or consent forms may be required during the booking or checkout process for certain activities or events.

Payments may be processed through the Platform or through third-party payment providers.

By making a booking, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes associated with the booking.

We may charge service fees, commissions, processing fees, or other charges, which will be displayed at or before checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or remove fees and pricing structures at any time. Changes will apply to future bookings once published on the Platform.

We are not responsible for payment disputes between users and Hosts, except where required by law.

Third-party payment providers may have separate terms and conditions that apply to payment processing services.

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the Host, activity, or event.

By making a booking, you agree to the applicable cancellation and refund policy displayed at the time of booking.

Play My Game Booking is not responsible for refunds relating to Host cancellations, participant no-shows, schedule changes, venue changes, weather conditions, or disputes between users and Hosts, except where required by Australian law.

We may, at our discretion, assist in facilitating communication between users and Hosts regarding disputes or refund requests.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may use third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process payments, onboarding, identity verification, and payouts for Hosts.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that certain personal, financial, and verification information may be collected, processed, and stored by third-party providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

All content, branding, logos, software, text, graphics, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Play My Game Booking unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without notice, where we reasonably believe a user has breached these Terms or engaged in unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent conduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective once published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Certain activities listed on the Platform may permit participation by individuals under 18 years of age (“Minors”).

A parent or legal guardian must supervise or approve the Minor’s use of the Platform where required and accept these Terms on behalf of the Minor.

By permitting a Minor to participate in activities booked through the Platform, the parent or guardian:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
